Health & safety

EDS Ltd takes health & safety very seriously and is proud to announce that in 14 years of trading has never had a accident resulting in an employee having time of work, this is largely due to our extensive training and re training on a regular intervals and keeping in line with all legislations.

FGAS

As of July 2009 it has become a legal requirement that all companies who’s business it is to install, maintain and service any type of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment which contains or is designed to contain F gas refrigerants need to obtain an F gas company certificate.

Any company who works within the industry must have a current F gas company certificate to comply with current laws.

Environment Agency

All good air conditioning company's should be registered with the Environment Agency as this is to not just let you carry Refrigerant but also to make sure you dispose in the safe and correct manner so not to hurt the environment .

HVCA

EDS Ltd is a member of the HVCA which gives you that assurance of top quality & workmanship and professionalism.

CHAS

EDS is accredited within the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme, having demonstrated compliance with and sound management of current basic health & safety legislation.
